Next day delivery means orders placed before10pm the night prior to the delivery day.
Delivery days are Monday to Friday. No deliveries are made during weekends unless special arrangements have been made. For businesses with orders requiring specific delivery times, please contact info@hellogas.com.au
When ordering a swap cylinder you must leave your empty cylinder in a location that the Hello Gas team can easily access. This can be specified at the time of order in the notes section.
If an empty cylinder is not left out for exchange we will not leave the full cylinder. A new cylinder can be paid for or an alternative delivery day can be arranged.
